Great news!!!! We did find ALLY!!! We finally found her around 8:00 pm last night about 1 ½ miles from home. An elderly couple found her wandering around near 48^th Ave. and Northern, picked her up and took her home. Another gentleman who also lost his dog that looked very similar to Ally was notified by the couple thinking it was his dog. When he went to see the dog; it was not his (it was Ally). He then saw our fliers that were posted in the neighborhood (thanks to you and the picture you provided). He then notified us that he thinks he knows where Ally is. He took us over to the home of the couple and low and behold it was her.

Thanks again, for your assistance and for providing her picture. If it hadn’t been for you, we would not have had the flier’s ready to go and it may have been to late. That would have made for a long dreadful evening.

The decision to bring Sally’s suffering to an end was made with great sadness. . . . . Only during the last of her 16 hears did her health deteriorate and the terrible suffering begin.  You and your staff were so kind and caring as well as understanding.  Through your efforts we were able to lay Sally into her final resting place and remember the great friend and family member she was.

On June 24, 2009 you treated our goat, George.  You may recall that she had a serious laceration on one leg. We followed all of your instructions.  Gradually, she healed about as quickly as you had projected. She has been as good as new since then.
I apologize for not having thanked you sooner. We really appreciate how you dealt this George and Rita and me.

Dear Doctor and staff;

I received your card today and I was over whelmed with emotion.  As I mentioned to you when I was there with “Charlie:, I worked in the veterinary field for 5 years.  I was the one that sent the loved ones off on their final journey.  Like anything else it’s different when it’s you.

The kindness and professionalism all of you showed me the other day will not be forgotten.  Everyone who new “Charlie’s” plight asked how it went.  I told them of your compassion and that if I ever get adopted by another pet I will go to your clinic for all its care.

To all of you I cannot express enough of my gratitude at such a tramatic time for Key Key and I.  She was such a fathful companion.  She always met me at the door with unconditional love.  I do believe that having to put her to sleep was one of the hardest things I have ever had to do.  However, to watch her suffer any more..... the thought broke my heart.

Dr. Finlayson you were more than I could have hoped for.  You and your staff ( Jessica, Connie, Faith, Sharon and Elizabeth ) were so compassionate and have always taken really good care of us.  Your compassion and love of animals shows in all that you do.  We are fortunate for having all of you.  Your dedication shows in all that you do.  Thank you for seeing KeyKey and I through it all straight to the end.  We could not have asked for a better team of professionals and friends.
